Meeting Package Includes:
- Usage of the meeting room for 4 hours
- Coffee machine and a selection of teas available throughout the meeting
- Curated morning or afternoon coffee/tea break
- Delegates lunch
- Basic PA system with a cordless microphone
- Writing materials, mints, and The Danna Water
- Usage of LCD projector with screen.
Terms and Conditions:
- Advance booking required
- Minimum of 10 rooms and 10 delegates to qualify
- 50% deposit required upon confirmation or non-refundable full prepayment required 30 days prior to the first day of the event or arrival
- Full delegate and rooming list required 2 weeks prior to the event
- Bookings and rates are subject to availability and are not valid for previously contracted bookings or in conjunction with any other offer or contract
- A fee of RM 10.00 per room per night will be collected in accordance with the Local Government Act 1976 on behalf of the Langkawi Municipal Council for all guestsAn additional RM 10.00 per room per night Tourism Tax applies to non-Malaysian/PR tourists upon departure
